1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Presenta: AI Slide Deck Maker (the "App"), provided by the Appriqo Team ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Presenta is a presentation-creation app that lets you create, edit, organize, present, and export slide decks. The App provides templates, editing tools, and optional Premium features. Your presentations and added media are stored on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the applicable minimum age in your region, to use the App. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
The App offers the following optional auto-renewable Premium subscriptions:
- Weekly Premium
- Yearly Premium
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple will charge your account for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends, at the price shown to you when you subscribed.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Prices may vary by region and may change as permitted by applicable law.
5. Refunds
Apple processes all App Store purchases. Refund requests are handled under Apple's policies; we cannot process them directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of the presentations, text, images, and other material you add to the App ("User Content"). You are responsible for ensuring that you have all rights and permissions needed to use, export, share, or present your User Content. Do not use the App to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, harmful, or otherwise prohibited material.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the App for an unlawful purpose;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App except where applicable law permits it;
- circumvent or interfere with the App's subscription, licensing, or security mechanisms; or
- use the App in a way that damages, disables, or impairs its functionality.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, templates, graphics, text, and underlying code, is owned by the Appriqo Team or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or internal business purposes.
9. Disclaimer
The App is a productivity and presentation-creation tool. It does not provide professional, legal, financial, medical, or other regulated advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing your presentations and for any decisions, communications, or outcomes that result from using them.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. The Appriqo Team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App where permitted by law, including for a violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete it from your device at any time.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the most recent revision. Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
