1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how the Appriqo Team ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use Presenta: AI Slide Deck Maker (the "App").
2. Content Stored on Your Device
The App is designed to keep your presentation content on your device. Presentations, slide content, locally selected images, signatures, and app preferences are stored in the App's local storage and are not uploaded to or stored on our servers.
The App does not require an account. We do not ask you to provide a name, email address, or profile to use its core presentation features.
3. Information Processed by Service Providers
a. Purchases and Subscriptions
Optional Weekly and Yearly Premium subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat to validate, synchronize, and restore subscription entitlements. RevenueCat may process a randomized app user identifier, device and technical information, and App Store transaction information, including purchase receipts, to provide these services. We do not receive your Apple ID, payment-card details, or App Store password.
b. Product Analytics
We use Amplitude to understand how the App is used and to improve its reliability and features. Amplitude receives app-usage events, such as app launches and purchase or restore outcomes, together with technical information typically provided by your device or operating system. We do not send the contents of your presentations, text on slides, or selected images to Amplitude.
4. How We Use Information
- to provide, validate, and restore Premium subscriptions;
- to understand feature use, diagnose issues, and improve the App; and
- to maintain the security and functioning of the App.
We do not sell your personal information or use it for cross-app advertising.
5. Sharing and International Processing
We share the limited information described above only with providers that support the App: Apple for purchases, RevenueCat for subscription management, and Amplitude for product analytics. These providers may process information in countries other than yours, subject to their own privacy practices and applicable safeguards.
6. Data Retention and Security
Your presentation content remains on your device until you delete it, delete the App, or otherwise remove it from your device. Data processed by Apple, RevenueCat, and Amplitude is retained under their respective policies. We use service providers that apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
7. Your Choices and Righs
- You can delete presentations and locally stored content within the App or by deleting the App.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings.
- You can limit analytics-related device permissions, where available, through iOS Settings.
- Depending on your region, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection regarding personal information we control.

8. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, or the applicable minimum age in your region. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
