1. Introduction
Welcome to Offline AI Image: ArtDiffusion ("ArtDiffusion"), developed by the Appriqo Team ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ArtDiffusion application ("App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App on any device you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
ArtDiffusion is free to download and use, with an optional Pro subscription that unlocks premium models and features. Available plans:
- Weekly – billed every week, auto-renewing
- Yearly – billed once per year, auto-renewing
A free trial may be offered; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription renews at the applicable price. Prices are shown in the App and on the App Store and may vary by region. Payments and renewals are processed through Apple's App Store. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your App Store account settings. RevenueCat is used to handle subscription validation and management. A "Restore Purchases" option is provided in the App.
4. AI-Generated Content & Acceptable Use
ArtDiffusion generates images on your device from the prompts you provide. Generated images are produced by AI and may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unintended; you are solely responsible for the prompts you enter and for how you use the images you create.
The App includes an always-on content safety filter that cannot be disabled. You agree not to use the App to create, or attempt to create, content that:
- Is illegal, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
- Depicts real, identifiable individuals without consent, including non-consensual intimate or sexual imagery;
- Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
- Is intended to deceive, defame, harass, or impersonate;
- Promotes violence, hatred, or other harmful or objectionable purposes.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of any generated image complies with applicable laws and the rights of others.
5. Data and Privacy
ArtDiffusion runs image generation locally on your device. We do not collect personal information, and your prompts, images, gallery, and prompt history are stored only on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. We use Apple and RevenueCat only to process and validate optional subscriptions. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
6. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App except as permitted by law;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or attempt to disable or circumvent the content safety filter;
- Extract, redistribute, or repackage the bundled AI models;
- Use the App in any unlawful manner or for any harmful purpose.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its design, code, and trademarks, are owned by the Appriqo Team. The AI models available in the App are used under their respective licenses. Subject to those licenses and applicable law, images you generate with the App are yours to use; you are responsible for how you use them. You may not use our name, logo, or branding without prior written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, that generation will succeed on every device, or that any generated image will be accurate, appropriate, or fit for a particular purpose. On-device generation performance depends on your device's hardware, memory, and available storage.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Appriqo Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App, including any loss of data or any reliance on generated content.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
