Welcome to Offline AI Image: ArtDiffusion ("ArtDiffusion", "we", "us", or "our") by the Appriqo Team team. This Privacy Policy explains how the ArtDiffusion application ("App") handles information. ArtDiffusion is designed to be private by default: image generation runs entirely on your device, and your creations never leave your phone. By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
2. Private by Design (On-Device Processing)
ArtDiffusion generates images locally on your device using on-device AI models. Because of this:
- Your prompts, generated images, gallery, and prompt history are stored only on your device.
- We do not upload, copy, scan, or transmit your prompts or images to our servers or to any third party.
- The App works fully offline — you can generate images with airplane mode on.
- There is no account and no sign-up. We never ask for your name, email, or profile.
3. Information We Collect
We do not collect personal information, and we do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs that identify you or track you across apps. ArtDiffusion has no account system and does not send your prompts, images, or usage history to us.
a. Media & Local Files
Any image you generate, import, or edit is processed locally on your device and saved only where you choose (for example, the in-app gallery or your Photos library). We do not access, upload, or store these files.
b. Subscription Data
ArtDiffusion offers an optional Pro subscription. In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat to validate, synchronize, and restore your subscription status. This involves your App Store purchase history and a randomized, app-generated identifier used to manage entitlements. It does not include your name, email, Apple ID, or payment card details, and it is used solely to determine whether Pro features are unlocked.

- Manage optional Pro subscriptions and unlock premium models and features
- Validate and restore purchases across your devices
We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties for advertising or marketing, because we do not collect it.
5. AI-Generated Content & Safety
ArtDiffusion includes an always-on content safety filter that cannot be disabled and is designed to prevent the generation of certain categories of harmful or objectionable imagery. You are responsible for the prompts you enter and the images you create, and you agree not to use the App to produce illegal content, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that infringes the rights of others. Because generation happens on your device, prompt filtering is performed locally.
6. Data Storage and Security
ArtDiffusion does not host or maintain any user databases of your content. Subscription validation with RevenueCat and Apple occurs over secure HTTPS connections. Your prompts, generated images, gallery, and prompt history remain on your device, protected under Apple's system-level security and sandboxing.

The App relies on the following providers only for purchases and subscription management:

ArtDiffusion is rated for mature audiences and is not directed to, or intended for use by, anyone under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

- Delete your on-device content at any time from within the App
- Manage or cancel your subscription via your App Store account settings
- Revoke photo or file access at any time via iOS Settings
- Revoke consent by uninstalling the App
