a. Crash Reports (Firebase Crashlytics)
We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect anonymized crash reports and diagnostic data when the App encounters errors or crashes. This data may include device type, operating system version, app version, and technical information related to the crash. It is used solely to improve app stability and performance and does not include personally identifiable information.
b. Usage Analytics (Firebase Analytics)
We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage information such as app launches, session duration, and feature interactions. This data helps us understand how the App is used and improve user experience. Firebase Analytics does not collect personal identifiers such as name or email address.
c. Analytics Data (Amplitude)
We use Amplitude to collect anonymous analytics data, including:
- App version
- Device type and macOS version
- General usage patterns (for example, features used)
This information is used only to improve functionality and usability.
d. Subscription and Purchase Data
We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat processes App Store receipt data to validate purchases and subscription status. We do not have access to your Apple ID, payment details, or billing information.
e. No Media Uploads
MoviePro plays your audio and video files locally on your Mac. We do not upload, store, or access your media files on any external servers.

4. Data Storage and Security
All analytics and diagnostic data is processed by Firebase, Amplitude, and RevenueCat using secure HTTPS connections. Appriqo Team does not operate its own servers for storing user data. Your media files remain on your device and are protected by macOS system security and sandboxing.
