1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Millionaire Habits: Discipline (the "App"), provided by the Appriqo Team ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Millionaire Habits: Discipline is a habit-tracking application that helps you build daily routines and track streaks and goals, framed around a wealth-building discipline theme. All habit and progress data is stored locally on your device.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable minimum age in your region) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
The App offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions:
- Weekly Premium
- Yearly Premium
Key terms:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to when subscribing.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Prices may vary by region and are subject to change; changes will not affect subscriptions already purchased, except as permitted by applicable law.
5. Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies. We do not have direct access to process refunds. Please visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.
6. User Content
Any habits, goals, notes, or other content you create within the App ("User Content") remains stored on your device and belongs to you. We do not access, claim ownership of, or transmit your User Content, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
- Circumvent or interfere with the App's subscription or licensing mechanisms
- Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality
8. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, graphics, text, and underlying code, is owned by the Appriqo Team and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
9. Disclaimer
Millionaire Habits: Discipline is a habit-tracking and motivational tool only. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing in the App should be interpreted as a guarantee of financial outcomes, wealth, or income. Any references to "millionaire" habits, wealth, or discipline are motivational and educational in nature. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions.
10. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Appriqo Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete it from your device at any time.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where otherwise required by local consumer protection regulations in your jurisdiction.
